UPDATE! Community Compassion Outreach opens its doors on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9:00a.m - 2:00p.m. in order to allow the unhoused community to drop-in for lite breakfast, snacks, beverages, lunch and other services.
Temporary Warming Center on Tuesdays and Fridays through April 28, 2022 -- 9:00am to 5:00pm weekly
CCO, Durango Christian and Durango Vineyard Churches have agreed to initiating a temporary warming center beginning 11/8/2022 and 11/11/2022. The church Fellowship Hall is reserved for people experiencing homelessness in Durango, Colorado.
Manna Soup Kitchen will provide box lunches. CCO will provide snacks and water.
Volunteers and CCO's Peer Support Professionals will provide Warming Center Guests with trauma-informed care, with the purpose of connecting individuals/families to resources.
